§ 90-81. Approval of the plan.

The city council hereby approves and adopts as the city's water conservation plan, the revised water conservation and drought contingency plan dated January 17, 2017, included in full as part of this division as if recited verbatim in this section. The city commits to implement the program according to the procedures set forth in the adopted plan. Copies of the plan shall be available for inspection or reproduction in the office of the city clerk.
