§ 74-111. Contract for collection services with independent contractor.

The city, through its city council, may enter into a contract with an independent contractor for the collection, removal and disposal of solid waste, garbage, trash, refuse, brush and rubbish in the city. The collection service shall be subject to any such contract so entered into with an independent contractor.
