§ 70-68. Sanitation.

(a)

Sanitary conditions. The junkyard or vehicle salvage yard, together with all things kept therein, shall at all times be maintained in a sanitary condition.

(b)

Standing water prohibited. No water shall be allowed to stand in any place on the premises in such manner as to afford a breeding place for mosquitos.

(c)

Tall weeds prohibited. Weeds and other uncultivated growth on the premises, other than trees, shrubs and bushes, shall be kept at a height of not more than 12 inches.

(d)

Other garbage and waste prohibited. No garbage or other waste shall be kept on the premises unless such garbage or other waste constitutes junk as defined in this article.
