It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge,
alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, equip, use or maintain any mechanical
systems or equipment or cause such work to be done in violation of the International
Mechanical Code, including Appendix A, and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided
in section 1-14 of this Code.
