§ 6.2. Penalty.

(1)

Any person, firm or corporation who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this ordinance or who shall fail to comply with any provision hereof within the corporate limits of Mineral Wells shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $200.00, and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
